Contribute to tasks and projects within the Marketing, Branding & Communications field
Assist in creating and updating internal and external marketing communication materials
Support in managing marcomms portals, including imagery and branding
Help with company website and intranet updates
Create and distribute regular internal communications, following TIP branding: newsletters, business updates, posters, e-mail templates, advertisements ,…
Design support using Adobe InDesign/Photoshop packages
Email marketing activities using marketing automation tool
Work closely with other departments, agencies and marketing platforms
Support other departments with branding requirements
Participate in intern projects/meetings/events
Qualifications:
Level of English: proficient
Currently studying Marketing/Communications - to be eligible for this role, you need to be enrolled in a European study program
Office 365 proficient
Good Adobe Photo Shop/InDesign knowledge
Website management experience is a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce / Pardot is a plus
Excellent communication skills, good with text creation and content
Managing multiple tasks and priorities, organized and flexible
